Our coaching philosophy is simple. Armed with the right tools, attitude, and focus you can achieve your goals. We know it's not always easy to follow the path where your passion leads you. We know that often, living life means transitioning through change. Through our coaching process we can help you stay on course. We firmly believe that life is about choices and that the choices you make can have a huge impact in your life and the lives of those around you.
The foundation for our mission comes from a sermon delivered on Ash Wednesday in 2007 at Zion Lutheran Church in Waterville, Ohio. The message was clear. We know it's difficult to stay on course. Daily we encounter roadblocks that can throw us off track. Life can leave us feeling stuck in the mud or lost at sea. By staying focused on our true passion and God's love for us, life doesn't have to be that way. The sermon was delivered by Pastor Steve Bauerle and we have included the entire text of the sermon here for you to read.

Tracee Swank brings over 15 years of customer service, sales training and development, small business start-up and organizational development experience together to provide clients with a unique, personalized coaching plan. Each coaching plan and package is systematically designed by Tracee and a resource group is assembled to meet the exact needs of each individual client.
